This 3.77:1 QUICK-RATIO intermediate shaft/differential gear kit makes the car peppier, better mpg through town, and launches better on slicks in drag racing. It also aids road racing’s need to keep the RPMs up. Helps combat laggy-ness from the long 3rd and 4th gears when boosting. And also brings big turbos back into the powerband more efficiently. It puts less strain on the input shaft and gears due to more working force at the differential. We run this on our shop car and daily for all of these reasons. They should have come like this from the factory (the ACR had the closest thing to it via altered tire diameter 4.5%).
